Flea Market with Gran

It was a beautiful weekend (unlike the past two days) and definitely a reason to be outside.  A perfect flea market weekend!  So I called my gran for a spontaneous trip to the local senior center for their sale on Saturday.  If there's one thing that will get me out of bed in the morning, its a flea market, and my Gran had probably been up since 5am so she was totally game for it.  There was a lot of knickknacks, books, clothes, and really cheap food - a hot dog was only a quarter and I think a soda was 15 cents!  That's how it should always be.  Unfortunately, I didn't buy anything from the sale but the food was great, oh yeah, and I signed gran up to be a member!  Who can say no to yoga, bingo and ceramics with the seniors!?  (I was denied for a membership- yes, I did ask- something about being too young blah blah blah)

Before we left, I wanted to get a picture of the old gal and me, but everyone there was at least 70+,  so I decided to pass on that.  I can just imagine one them now holding my camera up to their ear and saying "hello" or another holding it backwards with their eye to the lens! HA, gotta love them!  So you'll just have to enjoy the beauty in the second picture for now!
